I have lived in my house for almost 30 years.  I raised my 3 children here and when they grew up and moved out, their stuff stayed.  In addition, both my parents died recently, and I inherited all their stuff though...not happily.

I was desperate and the chaos and clutter were beginning to move into my brain. Enter Courtney.  She came out to my house, assessed my situation and came up with a plan.  I liked her ideas and gave her free reign.  

She found and bought all necessary organizational items.  She separated out items into categories for me to review and decide what to keep and what to get rid of.  She made trips to Goodwill and other donation outlets.  She sold, on Facebook Marketplace, items that I didn't want but that had resale value.  She met the people buying said items and took care of receiving payments (after discussing pricing with me) and then put those payments toward her costs with me.  She did all this efficiently and quickly without me having to do anything more than I wanted to and allowing me to continue working remotely with her being there, in my home, completely unobtrusively.

As she worked, the clutter and chaos in my brain began to recede and I began to see my home in a different light.  I could once again find long lost items in my closet after Courtney reorganized it.  As I began to like my home again, I asked her questions about some design options for my newly appreciated house.  I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but I wanted an updated and cleaner look.

Courtney made some recommendations and gave me options.  She even showed me some design options virtually so that I could see what they would look like in the rooms.  I gave her an idea of what I wanted to spend (not a ton) and she did everything else.  She found items, suggested some tweaks to my existing stuff, ran everything by me and ordered what I chose.  

The most amazing part was that she even assembled the items that I chose and that required assembly.  She even suggested some inexpensive changes to my window treatments.  She found inexpensive and lovely shades and hung them.  She suggested some subtle accent curtain pieces in my bedroom, ordered them, installed gorgeous (inexpensive) rods, hemmed the curtains and hung them as well!!!  She found reading lamps for over my bed that matched the gorgeous curtain rods and didn't require electrical work to install, and she installed them.

Without sounding hyperbolic, this was one of the happiest and easiest experiences ever.  I now love my house and feel a sense of calm that has eluded me for a long, long time."
